If you're not completely in love with your VERIFLAME candle, we'll make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at returns@veriflame.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
  3. Pack the candle securely in its original packaging and ship it back
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Want to try a different scent? We're happy to exchange your candle. Contact us at returns@veriflame.com and we'll arrange the swap.

Damaged Items

If your candle arrives damaged (cracked glass, broken wick, etc.), please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost — no need to return the damaged item.

Gift Sets

Gift sets can be returned as a complete set only. Individual candles from a gift set cannot be returned separately.

Essential Oils

Due to the nature of the product, essential oils can only be returned if unopened and sealed. Opened essential oil bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
