Free Standard Shipping on Orders Over $75
All orders ship from China with tracking included. Free US shipping on orders over $75.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Every order includes a tracking number. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking details. You can also track your order status in your account dashboard.

We ship worldwide from our facility in China. Delivery is available to the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and most countries globally. Delivery times vary by destination — US orders typically arrive within 7-12 business days, and international orders within 10-20 business days.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll work with you to resolve the situation promptly.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and either reship your order or provide a full refund at no additional cost to you.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Expedited and Express shipping options are not available for these addresses.
